Only "business-card" data you provide about your team: names, email addresses, job titles, phone numbers, profile photos, your company logo, and the signature template you design.
We never read, store, or process your email content, inbox, sent items, contacts, calendar, drafts, or attachments.
We use this data solely to render and sync your team's email signatures. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
Your data is processed and stored in the EU.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is deleted.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data. Email sales@teamsig.org and we'll act within 30 days.
