Data Processing Agreement

Roles

You are the data controller; teamsig is the data processor. We process your data only on your documented instructions, to deliver the signature-sync service.

Data processed

Business-card data only: names, email addresses, job titles, phone numbers, profile photos, your company logo, and signature templates.

Our obligations

• Process data only to provide the service.
• Keep data in the EU.
• Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• Notify you of any personal-data breach without undue delay.
• Assist you in responding to data-subject requests.
• Delete data when your account ends.

Subprocessors

We use Cloudflare for infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2). A current subprocessor list is included in the DPA.
